atvise online HMI – 2 solutions – 1 product

atvise revolutionises the future of HMI/SCADA systems with the world‘s first HMI to use purely web technology. This ground-breaking HMI technology with integrated web server adds a high-performance HMI to every device or software product. Using purely online technology, access to data and visualisations is enabled from anywhere via any conventional web server.

On the one hand atvise provides you with a web HMI server, on the other you can let the application run on a whole range of target systems (e.g. PLC systems, automation devices, measuring instruments, etc. ) including the small web server.

What makes the product so unique is its intuitiveness?

Step 1 – Create applications quickly and easily

It’s easy to create a user-friendly HMI with the free atvise builder. Even complicated (multiple) dynamisations are possible – without the need for any web or programming skills.

Step 2 – Transform your device into an web server

Users may choose from a whole range of atvise WebMI-compatible products or use one of the available WebHMI versions.

Suppliers of automation devices may either implement a compatible web server or use the atvise SDK.

Step 3 – Open and visualise any standard web browser

Use your HMI – anywhere and on any device: all you need is the web browser.

without plug-ins – without additional installation – without local installation

Your benefits: fewer components, fewer interfaces, swifter implementation, lower costs combined with results that are better than ever before.

Use your HMI anywhere – without installing manufacturer-dependent software

And the best thing is: any conventional web browser will do and there‘s always one around somewhere. It’s especially useful if client installations are not permitted or possible in that location and/or would potentially entail annoying additional installation and maintenance!

Get rid of unnecessary components, interfaces and effort!

Do things the easy way:

atvise technology can be seamlessly integrated into practically every configuration. Even the smallest devices become live HMIs, supplying images in “control room quality”.

Maximum freedom thanks to open standards

atvise guarantees its adherence to official guidelines and open web standards. This assures you of the utmost security and freedom when you come to develop your own HMIs, as well as total independence from special manufacturer-specific formats. Anything the browser can do may be used!

Consistently crisp images:high-end vector graphics

atvise uses scalable vector graphics (SVGs) to visualise your devices, components, or even entire systems. This web standard, laid down by WC (World Wide Web Consortium), works with any resolution.

Zoom the display in or out as you wish – the images never look “pixelated”, but always remain razorsharp!

SVGs enable a huge range of display options such as colour gradients, transparent look, etc. They are also ideal for displaying dynamic and user-interactive graphics. Data compression is used to reduce the required bandwidth.

Scalable vector graphics…
… are resolution-independent
… deliver sharp images whatever the degree of zoom

atvise is your all-in-one solution for online visualisations

The atvise builder makes designing easier and more high-performance than ever before:
  •  universal object and type concept
  •  comprehensive design functions for the most sophisticated demands
  •  create animations simply without the need for programming
  •  multi-level user and group administration
  •  script editor for web professionals

atbuilder

atvise builder

atvise builder is a complete system for the simple yet high-performance design of your HMIs: the perfect engineering tool for all products which are either fitted with an atvise webMI-compatible web server or use the atvise WebHMI versions. The atvise builder is characterised by consistent object orientation, an intuitive approach and high-end design tools. The easy addition of dynamic graphics and many other functions.

atvise builder is a native SVG editor for creating HMIs using scalable vector graphics (SVGs). As a result no manufacturer-dependent or exotic file formats are used, but solely web-compatible SVGs.

A global first is the complete conversion of all graphics into the vector mark-up language (VML), which is used by Microsoft’s Internet Explorer.

The result:
fully scalable vector graphics in all browsers without the installation of additional plug-ins!

atvise runtime

atvise runtimes are extremely lean applications. They run on embedded devices or on PC-based PLC directly within the process, and of course on every PC/control panel. For PC-based applications you may choose between two runtime options, each of which is activated using a valid licence key: atvise operate and atvise scada.

atvise operate

the easy way to high-performance HMI
  •  complete OPC connectivity for classical DCOM- and also OPC-UA-based server
  •  Click import of all variables of external OPC-Server
  •  ready integrated atvise WebMI Webserver

atvise WebMI Webserver atvise scada = atvise operate + full SCADA functionality

  •  combines all the SCADA functions in an innovative event-driven systems architecture
  •  features all major SCADA functions such as historical data storage, alerts, etc.
  •  is one of the first available SCADA products offering native support of OPC Unified Architecture.
  •  combines all the SCADA functions in a compact and platform-independent server process.

OPC Unified Architecture

The OPC UA open standard is the basis for atvise scada and enables seamless integration into every architectural and engineering environment. OPC UA provides access to practically all atvise scada functions including external tools. For ease of set-up,
atvise also features a convenient configuration interface. Of course you may also use atvise in combination with any other OPC UA-compatible tool.

atvise Technologies – For every end device. For every product.

atvise webMI/webHMIs are based on a lean web server. All the server functions are specified in the strictly web-compatible atvise webMI guidelines. Once implemented in your component, device, or software HMIs become accessible everywhere.

To ensure implementation is particularly swift and straightforward, we not only offer you all the specifications, but also a lean and portable ANSI-C-based SDK.

Easy to implement:atvise webMI guidelines and SDK

Transform your devices and products into high-performance web servers with atvise webMI visualisation.

All you have to do is:
1. Obtain the atvise webMI guidelines from us.
2. Implement a guideline-compatible web server in your product. It’s even easier if you use our lean and portable ANSI-C-based SDK. The result is a high-performance web server, perfectly designed for purely online HMIs.
3. Request your atvise compatibility certificate from us. That allows your customers to design their own HMIs using the gratis atvise builder.

The whole time your web server remains a standard web server, on which other web applications may also run, for instance integrating live data into any HTML sites you choose.

Internet server specifications

The provision of atvise webMI guidelines serves to ensure the uniform application of dedicated online standards (instead of creating new ones!). This means that every compatible web server – regardless of the manufacturer – can be used for online HMIs. atvise webMI supplies full HMI functionality for a whole range of devices.

The implemented web server supplies all the data and HMIs direct to the web browser.

What‘s more, NO additional communication interfaces are necessary – saving you all the cost and effort normally associated with their implementation!

Such a web server fits in practically every device –without the need to install atvise-specific programs.

BASIC  ADVANCED  SCADA  MULTIPOINT

A multi-level authorisation concept guarantees the relevant degree of security when used individually from various platforms, Optional - for integration on every level: encoding and authorisation for heightened security
